“ What a wonderful service. I have been receiving milk, eggs, ground beef and different muffins and cookies since January. Delivery is spot on, dependable, orders are automated, with ability to pause for vacations, and the quality is worth the cost. I leave a cooler out by my garage, with ice packs in it, and have never had an issue. It’s just wonderful! ”

The product has always been excellent and now the logistics of delivering the product seems to have been fixed. Very happy to be back to fresh milk(s) and juices which come in glass instead of plastic/cardboard. -------------------------------- As several other customer's have noted, the concept and product are fantastic. The customer service and delivery of said product are disappointing. On several occasions perishable products have either been left at end of long driveway or delivered to a neighbor by mistake. When questioned, customer service stated 'pin' may have been placed wrong even though they had proper house number and street address. Called to cancel on 4/2/25 and was advised we would receive a complimentary order if we maintained the account. We decided to keep the account and not cancel. On 4/3/25 the complimentary order was apparently delivered to the wrong address. Back to customer service who advised since we canceled the account on 4/2/25 they would refund the previous payment. Perhaps Amazon has spoiled me but having purchased items actually arrive has become my new expectation. The entire experience has been an utter (pun intended) disappointment. ”

To me it's well worth it to have the best fresh local milk, the half and half for my coffee tastes better than store bought as well. The delivery is every week and they even send a link where you can get up to date eta for your drivers arrival with the goods. I send the empty bottles back every week, a sustainable local business.
